Nintendo of Europe Publishes 3DS Ambassador Programme Details

Nintendo of Europe has released some official information about the Nintendo 3DS Ambassador Programme, which will begin on September 1 and give current 3DS owners access to 20 Virtual Console games.
Then ten NES games will be released as “priority delivery versions”, which include simple electronic manuals and, in some games, pass-and-play multiplayer functionality. This version of the games will also lack the Restore Point function we’ve come to know and love in the eShop’s existing Virtual Console titles.
However, when the games’ “official versions” launch in the future with full manuals, wireless multiplayer, and Restore Points, Ambassadors will be able to upgrade their software for free. There’ll only be one version of the Game Boy Advance games, which sadly won’t include the Restore Point feature at any stage. The information also states that, when the feature arrives in a future system update, players will be able to transfer their free Virtual Console games (and, presumably, the rest of their eShop downloads) to another Nintendo 3DS.
